Absolutely loved my Luxe Custom Facial! I booked it while in Knoxville for a conference, and it turned out to be the perfect treat. The whole experience was relaxing and tailored to my skin, but the Gua Sha was the standout — absolutely amazing. It felt incredibly soothing and lifted, and my face looked noticeably refreshed afterward. The therapist, Emily was kind, skilled, and attentive, and the shoulder/scalp massage was a lovely bonus.
